Return and refund policy

Occasionally, things may not go as planned – and that's perfectly fine. If you wish to return your products for any reason, please inform us by reaching out to and provide your Order Number. We will supply you with a FREE return label and guide you through the necessary steps.

Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the order for a complete refund within 30 days of receiving the products*.

In the event that an item sustains damage during transit, kindly send us an email at, attaching photos of both the damaged items and their packaging. We will promptly organise a replacement or issue a refund.

Please note that, at present, we can only process returns within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, returns for orders not directly purchased on cannot be accommodated.

For items exceeding £100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or opting for shipping insurance at your own expense.

*Exceptions: It's important to be aware that items purchased during Black Friday/Cyber Week offers are non-refundable. Returns for orders not directly purchased from this website cannot be processed.


We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will arrange it.
